Be careful with subject-object use. For example, "Java programs computers to..." No, Java does no such thing. Java is a language. Humans program computers. Languages do not program computers. Yes, citations can and SHOULD BE in your abstract. Just because you state a fact in your abstract doesn't mean that fact's source should go unacknowledged. Cite your sources, cite your sources, cite your sources... a paragraph without a citation or two worries me... Subtitles should be same text height as the rest of the text. Huge titles don't look professional. (Boldface is fine. Fiddling with capitalization to jazz them up is fine.)
