Midterm 1, Version 2, Information

Please be sure to let me know asap if you plan to take this (by Monday at the latest).

Version 2 is designed to elicit virtually the same information as was required for the original version. The optional question has been removed. Some of the questions will be the same, while others have been rewritten to ask for,  more or less,  the same information in a different way.
