Homework Assignments for Math 2300, Section 001, Fall 2016

You can read rules for homework assignments in the Course Description.

Problem numbers are based on the 4th Edition. Use the Migration Guide to translate between numbers in the 4th Edition and numbers in the 3rd Edition.
Chapter 1 of the 4th Edition is new, so students using the 3rd Edition may need to borrow a copy of the 4th Edition to get the problem statements for Sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. The Department office may have a copy of the 4th Edition that students can borrow.

Watch this space - I will add more assignments as the semester progresses.

Note: If you don't have a copy of the fourth edition of the textbook, you can ask the CS Department Administrative Assistant Marlys Knutsen for a copy of the book to borrow for an hour or so. That's one way you can find out what the correct statements are of the assigned problems.
