     Quoting from the Course Description:
 
 
     Propose the topic to the instructor (e-mail forms).  The proposal
     must include: 
      
     -  full citations, in proper form, of multiple reliable sources (at
	  least two) from which you intend to draw.  
 
      -  an abstract of between 80 and 120 words, which describes the
	  nature of the scholarly content that you will include in your
	  presentation. 
      
     Consult the Course Description for the rest of the details.   Penalty
     for noncompliance will be significant.
