Check out some examples to help solidify things learned from
reading chapter #3-4 of DWH:

- Look at the structure of week04/ex0301.cpp.html. This program is
similar to the fahrenheit-to-centigrade program the students will be
working on in the lab. Look at the script showing a run of this
program.
- conepai2.cpp.html: notice the file I/O commands & do a test run to
help understand how the program operates. Note the relationship
between file names in the unix file system and stream names in teh
program.
