- Look at the sample switch statement in the tips file for solo
assignment #2.
- Look at switch statements in example files ex0413.cpp and ex0412.cpp --
the switch statement in ex0412.cpp is a bit strange because
breaks are not used.
- Evaluating Expressions -- Look at exercise set 4.1 on pp. 152-153,
numbers 1-19. Select a representative sample and work them out with
the class.
