03/06/2000 -- added specs for subject lines.
FIRST CS 1500 SOLO PROGRAM: Making Block Letters
Do problem #3 on page 39 of Shiflet.
Before midnight on the due date, e-mail the following two items
to me:
- A copy of the source code, properly documented.
- A filtered script showing a test run.
