Message to Students about ID Procedure for Tests

Hi Students --

The university database doesn't have photographs of many of you, so I need to find a way to verify your identities when you take a test.

Here's what I want you to do. On days when I'm testing you, come with a photo ID and leave it face up on your desk until I come around to check it. I'll see if the name on your ID is the same as the name on your scantron form, and I'll look at the photo and your (masked) face to see if the two look similar enough 🙂. If you finish your test before I get around to checking you, just come up to me, and show me your ID and your scantron form before you leave.
