MakeSigns.com has a lovely collection of PowerPoint poster templates suitable for presentation at scientific venues, plus advice about creating a poster.
Posters can be printed by the campus Print Shop or at FedEx Kinko's.
(Students are also welcome to construct posters by printing 12 individual 8.5 x 11" sheets of paper. We recommend bringing some transparent tape to assemble a budget-friendly poster made of 12 individual sheets, since tape might not be available.)
Poster boards will be available on May 13, to help hold up student posters.
