Ancestors of Jacob Harrand (1873-1967)
and Mary Sonnleitner (1880-1968)

Karl Sonnleitner (1846-1922), Johannah Stegbauer (1851-1907) and six of their children migrated to the USA in 1900. The ship pictured here is the SS Pennsylvania, which carried the Sonnleitner family to New York. The family then traveled to Oshkosh, Wisconsin and joined the growing German Bohemian community.

Most of the ancestors appearing in this website were from Southern Bohemia (Czech Republic), Bavaria (Germany), and Linz, Austria.
