This is by far my favorite of my OpenGL projects so far. The program is a
particle system using a technique called billboarding to create particles that
can be zoomed and have any bitmap placed on them all while always facing the
camera. The blending allows for some incredible visual treats and there nearly
infinite combinations of parameters to change. I suggest running this in a
resolution of 1024x768 because the GLUI box used to control the parameters
is simply HUGE.
